Terms & Conditions

  • Customer’s address should be from eligible PIN Codes.
  • Customers should have a good bureau record with no negative remarks / no settlement / no payment miss.
  • Customers with no past credit history i.e. 0 cibil score are eligible if they are salaried and have monthly income above Rs 25,000.
  • Based on the customer’s eligibility and selected card type, they may be required to upload additional documents like Last three month’s Bank account statement, Income tax return statement and latest credit card statement.
  • Customer must activate their card by making a transaction within 20 days from card approval date.
  • Cards will be counted only once the card is dispatched.

  • Q. Can I contact customer care to get my credit card statements for tax purposes?
    Yes, you'll be able to call customer care to get your credit card statements for tax purposes. or else, you'll be able to download your statement from your net banking or mobile banking account.
  • Q. How do I cancel my AXIS credit card?
    You can simply delete your credit card account by calling customer care or sending an email to customer.service@axisbank.com from your registered email id. Keep in mind that your card account will be closed given that you have got paid all outstanding dues on your card.
